Schoop process (Metallization)

Consider that by spray application inside a booth, metallization is a pure zinc projection technique or zinc-aluminum alloy that provides corrosion protection for all types of steel or cast iron. This technique is sometimes used as a substitute for galvanizing, for pieces of large size, complex geometry, or with potential deformation risks.

Benefits

  • Excellent paint adhesion.
  • Corrosion warranty on treated surfaces and covered with paint.
  • In substitution for galvanizing for long parts, heavy and susceptible to deformations in gavanizing baths.

Liquid paint

The surface treatment with liquid paint is realised by spray application inside a booth. Our paint booth has large dimensions (11 m long by 3.9 m wide and 4.3 m high) to allow us to work on relatively bulky parts.
MGP calls this type of paint for all fabricated parts (eg ducts, frames, turbines, etc.)

Benefits

  • Excellent corrosion protection adapted to external metal parts.
  • Control of paint layers (multilayer).
  • Ability to apply multiple colors in a room.
  • Multi-Media application.
