Shotpeening
Shotpeening involves projection of glass beads on a support (aluminum, stainless steel, bronze, …). It allows removal of oxidation and dirt impregnated in the metal, thus giving it its original appearance, slightly satin like.
Our shotpeening cabin has large dimensions (5.7 m long by 3.8 m wide and 3 m high). It allows us to work without problems on relatively bulky parts.
Benefits
- Micro abrision of surfaces.
- Satin like parts.
- Erase scratch marks and heating zones of the welds.
Sandblasting
Sandblasting is a general term used to describe the act of propelling very fine bits of material at high-velocity to clean or etch a surface. Sandblasting removes surface layer and creates a roughness which facilitates the adhesion of paints.
We specialize in the large volume of sanding. Our sandblasting cabin has large dimensions (14 m long by 4.5 m wide and 3.8 m high). It allows us to work on relatively bulky parts.
Benefits
- Optimum cleanliness of pickled parts.
- Excellent surface roughness for better adhesion of paints.
